What should I do??? PART 2

Ok... I had two people request that I take a picture of the WHOLE nook so you see what I have to work with. Ok, I did... but didn't like doing it. Now you see that my nook doesnt look as cute as it can be. BUT, that is the whole reason for the post. I also cut and pasted the little blurp of writing I did on the previous post so that you dont have to scroll down to see what this whole thing is all about. :O)

I have this nook in my kitchen that I would like to have as a holiday nook. Well, instead of just doing Easter or St. Pattys Day, I decided to go with a Spring idea. This is what I have so far... but it just looks unfinished to me. Any ideas????

Now I can see why you wanted a taller birdcage. I had forgotten how big that nook is!! I have no good ideas, but I agree that maybe it needs something of height in there. Let me brainstorm on this one.

okay... What if you hung two photos... one on each side, near the top. That would trick your eye into thinking there wasn't wasted space. or, you could stencil on a bible verse or your family motto near the top...

Thanks for appeasing me. :) :) I agree, you need height. What if you found metal stand for the birdcage to sit up on. Or stacked on some books with maybe a pretty cloth over them (If they aren't cute). And then you could put a springy picture at the bottom to cover the stand or books/cloth. Or a little bunny for spring instead of a picture. I'm really the wrong person to ask, but that is my take. :)
