Ok... I have made pancakes for many years now, but believe it or not, I have never made a mickey mouse pancake before. So, the one you see below is my very first Mickey Mouse Pancake that I have made. Not bad if I must say so. Caitlyn just thought it was nice, not excited about it at all. And as soon as I served it, she needed the ears to be cut off and stacked on top of the pancake like all pancakes should do. :)
